Dear friends,
can you guide me to obtaining specifications submitted to patent office for
patenting a process patent and process enabling softwae patent in the
internet /networking field.ie; basically a copy of any such patents granted
/filed with their claims as well as the complete set of documents submitted
to the patent office including specifications and operational mechanics of
the processes/software claimed.
I am Prashant Uchil in India Bombay and would like tounderstand and study
these papers to basically do the ground work to oppose them
and also to file a public interest litigation(i am very active in litigation
works)
regards
