Subject: [Patents] The Hidden Agenda of the European Commission

I am pleased to announce the availability of the article
"Intectual Property Law in a Global Economy"

http://www.freepatents.org/law/agenda.pdf

All informations in this article are either checked through various contacts or
based on numerous references.

This article gives evidences for the following facts
0- The Directorate for Internal Market (EC) has built a consistent network of
fallacies to argue in favour of software patents
1- The Directorate for Internal Market (EC) is trying to enforce IP Laws
dictated by the US
2- The Directorate for Internal Market (EC) has refused to take into
consideration anti-competitive effects or inconsistencies of software patents
with Competition Law or the Rome Treaty.
3- IP experts worldwide are trying to build a new proprietarist ideology which
could be defined as "property matters more than anything else" (including
competition or innovation), and the Directorate for Internal Market (EC) acts in
line with this ideology without any considerations of public interest
4- Expect the Directorate for Internal Market (EC) to push patents on
intellectual methods in the near future

JPS.
