The EU Commission has distributed today at the London conference on the
reform of the EPO a paper entitled "The patentability of
computer-implemented inventions" which should serve as a basis for
consultation of interested circles.

It will be made available at
www.europa.eu.int/comm/internal_market/en/intprop/indprop/index.htm

Comments should be sent to the Commission before December 15th.
