Subject: [Patents] natural forces

>You are fghting the freedom of creating individualized informational
>objects, which is just a lengthy synonym for "freedom of expression."

And I will keep on repeating, this freedom of creation applies to new
software informational objects, new chemical informational objects,
etc. Your arguments against software patents apply as well to any
other sort of patents. Why should I have to die because I can't afford
some high priced drug that is protected by patent? A much stronger
argument than your software arguments.

You refuse to admit that you are really against all forms of patenting,
not just software. Your distinctions have no basis in science or
mathematics. Just admit you are against all sorts of patents because
they threaten economics and freedoms, and we can argue about that.
But not these distinctions that don't exist.

THe reason I want to see these German court decisions is to analyze
their logic and word use, to see if it is consistent with modern
mathematics and physics. But the reluctance of anyone to provide
such translations makes me suspect that the German courts are getting
it wrong.
