I'd say direct infringement.  Modern cosmology in the light of codesign
tools proves that there is no difference between information and a
device.  The whole cosmos is permeated by information in one or the other
embodiment.  Whether it is a chemical structure, a circuit or a device is
peripheral.  Absolute control over your invention that you must be able to
prevent others from implementing it in whatever form, which of course
includes the form of putting it on paper or dreaming it, as proven before.
All this equivalent and we can't rely on artificial distinctions between
commercial and non-commercial or matter and information.  Those
distinctions are valid only in court rooms and do not stand the test of
modern codesign cosmology.

As it turns out, Greg Aharonian is trying to abolish the patent system by
leading it ad absurdum.
