Subject: [Patents] In Dutch. Replies Minister Econ. on parliamentary
 questions software patens

I didn't post it, but let me comment briefly:

it is very strange: the title says
"Patenting computer programs", and it is a press
statement from the secretary of state of economic affairs
that was responsible for the dutch position.

It says that a few MP's asked questions wether biotech patents
were gonna be discussed at the Munich conference, and if so, if
the stts was gonna act like the parliament told him earlier, namely
to vote against biopats?

The stts replies: "no we're discussing ...." and then
follows the agenda for the conference, as written by someone
who wants to stress that they are technical details, and
stating all these article 52 and 33 decisions on the agenda.

There was however another parliamentary question
asked about this, I happen to know. Maybe the
submitter of this knows where to find that too?
