A day before the deadline the Dutch Open Source Society 
(www.vosn.nl) has managed to publish her input to the
EC consultation.

It has been submitted by email to the EC (MARKT-SOFTPAT@cec.eu.int)
and to the eurolinux site (consultation@eurolinux.org).

The comment leaves it to the reader to conclude that 
the independent study conducted by the Intellectual Property 
Institute is an insult to the intelligence of the European 
Commission and an affront to intellectual integrity.

In particular, the study manages to draw strongly biased 
conclusions from evidence of the opposite facts presented in 
the same study!
