Apparently they just started working ... they try to play the clock.

You should remark to them now that your attached Position Paper is not
included, and they may have accidentally missed it.

  That might stop them from forgetting more papers and attachments

  You could also remark that their presentation of the letter is
painful to read, as will be all e-mails because their PDF lines are
too short (less than 60 characters), compared to the e-mail standard
(around 70 caracters/line).
