Hello!

Can anyone explain to me, how about hardware drivers? 
They are be identical in some way (contacting OS, for 
example). What about them?
I think, that this patent shit is pointed towards 
linux creators (and users). Linux after all is a 
threat to Microsoft and other 'big' software houses. 
And americans have a nice saying :
'WHEN MONEY TALKS, BULLSHIT WALKS!'.
