Hi, hi, no surprissing...They use patented technologies...
http://uptime.netcraft.com/up/graph?site=ep.espacenet.com&find_site=Examine

Since now netcraft has begun to record their uptime...
But like Netcraft say...

"We have no uptime data for ep.espacenet.com at present, and cannot plot a
graph.

The host ep.espacenet.com has been added to the list of sites that we
may monitor. We will start monitoring ep.espacenet.com in the next
daily monitoring cycle.

We will continue to monitor this host for a few days, to get enough
values to plot a graph. After this time the host will not be monitored
again unless it requested again, or it is one of the most frequently
requested hosts."

So if we use Netcraft weekly...We can determinate soon how much time (a week,
a
mounth, a year) this horror gallery is available...

With bad uptime, it clearly show that is really difficult to get
informations about the existence of a patent that maybe exists.
Incertitude is going to slow down the innovation process ;)

And restrict freedom, but is there a business man who cares about?

Renaud Dans.
