I am happy that you have noticed well that the problem of trivial
patents is the interpretation of law. This is very good. No longer
arguments like "the difficulty of finding prior art" will work against
you.

On the other hand, I agree that text would have to be properly written
in legal languaje to prevent erroneous interpretations. But I hold that
that exclusion is very important.
