[Patents] Pity of pities, horror of horrors ...

While reading new and new replys from Greg Aharonian, I'm 
becomin' more and more angry. 

I'm a libertarian, and you all know it. LIBERTY is the most precious 
value for me. And, let you know, that there will be NO IT or other 
development WITHOUT liberty. 

Last time, I've been studying the history of America. And I can't 
cope with one thing -- how the nation "conceived in liberty" became 
one of the most brutal enslavers of the other nations and the whole 
continents.

How it came, that USA became the second USSR, which wants to 
impose its will on the whole world ?? How it came, that USA 
became the EMPIRE, comparable with British Empire during the 
King George's IIIrd regime (when Americans revolted) ???

I will clearly state you WHAT we can COMPARE SOFTWARE 
PATENTS TO: we can compare THEM to the NEGRO SLAVERY, 
that existed till 1865 in USA (and in CSA that seceded, too).

Please mind it -- I do not abuse the world 'slavery' (not too much:-))
and I know what I'm speaking about. Just like an African man or 
woman could not work by emself for emself only -- they were forced 
to work for their masters -- the sw patents cause, that a 
programmer can not work for emself only,. but ... for the masters, 
too -- the masters, who, instead of holding the whip or the end of 
the chain, they hold the PATENT certificates.

Dear Gentlemen (and Ladies if present). It is TOO MUCH. There is 
a point, where LIBERTY is going to EXPLODE, and WIPE OUT all 
the tyrannies. Americans did this in 1776. They will be cursed and 
damned to hell, however, because they become the tyrants 
themselves.

We, The People of Europe, should prepare the ACTION against sw 
patents; we should use EVERY HONORABLE MEAN POSSIBLE 
to not let the patent disease spread the Europe. BSE, pig disease 
and so on, IT IS ENOUGH!! Enough of chaos! We don't want the 
planned chaos brought by the "man in a white house with blood on 
his mouth" and by the Congress that has NO MORE jurisdiction 
here in Europe, than eg. on the Moon or Mars. Let the Americans 
stop their threats, or we should react how they reacted when King 
George III decided to impose the excises and tariffs on tea and 
other groceries.

I don't call to the violent revolt, of course. All I'm calling to is to 
PROTEST with every mean, NOT only with lobbying. We should 
organize the big demonstrations, we should start to BOYCOTT and 
CALL TO BOYCOTT the sw-patent companies. Some of us may 
even risk to "F..K the law" and write their programs despite of 
patents, and do this anonimously thanks to Freenet and other 
liberty-giving tools. As Frederic Bastiat (French economist, 1801-
1850, see http://www.bastiat.net) said it, " bad laws are the worst 
sort of tyranny". Surely ! Now, Americans are trying to put us all in
the shackles and leg irons of sw patents, as they did with Africans 
(but not with patents) more than hundred years ago.

There were GREAT Americans, who fought for the liberty that 
today's American commie-like and fascist-like politicians and 
federal bandits are trying to RAPE. 
Among the GREAT Americans was Patrick Henry, a brave man 
calling to WAR with Great Britain:

"It is in vain, sir, to extenuate the matter. Gentlemen may cry, 
Peace, Peace-- but there is no peace. The war is actually begun! 
The next gale that sweeps from the north will bring to our ears the 
clash of resounding arms! Our brethren are already in the field! 
Why stand we here idle? What is it that gentlemen wish? What 
would they have? Is life so dear, or peace so sweet, as to be 
purchased at the price of chains and slavery? Forbid it, Almighty 
God! I know not what course others may take; but as for me, give 
me  liberty or give me death!"

Exactly what he said. No, I'm not calling to war. I'm calling to the 
other means that would STOP THE SLAVERY AMERICA TRIES 
TO IMPOSE ON EUROPE. IT IS THE SLAVERY, AND NEITHER 
MR AHARONIAN, NOR AMERICAN LOBBYISTS, OTHER 
LAWYERS NOR THEIR POLITICIANS NOR OFFICIALS (federal 
bandits) MAY DENY IT.

   Let's stand for our Liberty, before we share the fate of the African 
people caught in their homeland and transported to the bloody USA 
(UNITED SHACKLES OF AMERICA). It is NOT home of the free -- 
only the few are free there -- those, who hold the chains and whips.
