Please stop this kind of arguments: there no evidences of your point of vi=

1) Just before that, there were SW patents... but there were not clearly l=
abelled as =22SW patents=22.

2) The importance of SW were not as important in 85 as it is in 2001.
In 85, it was another world, and there were very few B2B negociations, com=
pared with today.

3) Investissment is much more higher today than in 85, even if we can not =
tell the influence of patents on this point.

So, I think that the point was fairly relevant.

Since SW business wants to spend (or waste, if you prefer this word) its m=
oney in SW patents, just let it do =21

Again, by =22SW business=22, I do not mean =22software designer=22 but man=
agers. And not some un-informed start-up managers neither (even if Mr. Bre=
ese told that some were informed and meeting him)
