[Patents] Re: 80,000 signatures for software patent free Europe

2 remarks:

1- one major problem about software patents is that protects often a
fuctionality, i.e. the problem rather than the solution (many
companies will tell you that this is where the value lies), hence
leaving no room for alternates.

2- what is the point of replying to someone who seems willing to piss
on the constitution of his own country whenever it suits his private
interest.
