[Patents] IPR Helpdesk Study on Swpat

IPR Helpdesk, a project staffed by EPO people and financed by DG
Enterprise of the European commission, has produced another study on the
SME perception of software protection.

This study has been produced by experts on Intellectual Property Rights at
the University of Sussex and the University of Sheffield under the
Innovation Programme managed by Directorate General "Enterprise" of the
European Commission.

This study is accompanied by a software protection guide.

The results of this study will be presented at the next PATINNOVA conference
