[Patents] IPR seminar Brussels 20 July

IPR Helpdesk (http://www.ipr-helpdesk.org/) is a project that promotes
patent knowledge among companies and is sponsored by the EU and closely
cooperates with the EPO.

I haven't checked whether macroeconomic issues are also a subject matter
of the upcoming seminar, but in some way they probably are.  So it might
be good if interested people could show up there.

The seminar is on the subject of Intellectual Property Rights issues in
EU-funded research and will include an item on Innovation Financing.
