Blah, blah, blah.
Yeah, really, you didn't understand my mail at all.

I DO NOT say that China is "beyond the civilization" ir it should be
expelled from UN Security Council.

It may be even tyrannical country; I fight against this tyranny being
a member of  Amnesty International, and in some other ways.

This convention, however, puts the whole world upside down.
Would it pass, it would become ILLEGAL to criticize China in
Poland, or in Germany, or so. It woud become ILLEGAL for the
Chinese (and other) dissidents to run their anti-tyrannical political
activity outside China, eg. in Poland, USA and so.

It would also become illegal for a programmer in Poland, Germany
or UK to write any program that breaks the US patent, despite the
fact, that sw patents are illegal in Europe. Simply, it would override
the national and local laws with the law of any other country. It will
override eg. US free speech with Chinese tyranny. Even Muslim
Thalibs could sue Catholic Church. It's crazy.

It's madness. It's not the 'construction of the world'. Read my mail once
again.
Maybe you'll see what I meant to say. It IS the good topic of discussion on
this list.
It DOES affect our matters. It HAS NOTHING TO DO with making
the global revolution or so, except that HC _itself_ is the global
revolution against freedom -- alike the second communist revolution
in the world.

And hopefully, it never happens. It's just the stupid idea of a bunch
of stupid folks, and it will never be ratified by the parliaments of free
countries.

Pozdrawiam,
  W Imie Wolnosci !!!
