Hi,

I am not a lawyer.
But it seems to me patents are interconnected with monopoly.
Patents prevent ability to archive new markets as core ideas are
patented.

If Microsoft a biggest monopolist and owner of patents won a court in
the USA.
(Who will kill a dusk with golden eggs)
Someone should jury them in Europe.

Then all other US companies should loose their rights in Europe too)))

It looks silly. But even such activity will attract attention to the
problem.
