Everybody. But some Europeans are still sticking to communist ideas such
as that of "technical invention" or that of limiting patentability by laws
such as art 52(2) rather than by science and logics.
Currently a company called "Wallstreet Institute" is trying to cash in on
the eagerness of Europeans to learn English. Their slogan reads:

=09Yes, Wallstreet English.
This reminds me of a similar slogan:
=09Are software patents based on logics?
=09Yes, Power Logics.
Or
=09Yes, Gregorian Logics.
