According to Websters dictionary of the english language:

tangible: adj. able to be perceived by the sense of touch, objective,
	definite.

But then again, i recall some key US verdict that opened the floodgates
for the USPTO that called waveforms 'tangible', thereby declaring
Fourier analysis to be something else than pure mathematics.

Obviously, under the pressure of greed, dictionary definitions and
proper modes of reasoning must yield.
