By web-searching I found that Mr. Sakaiya is present on english webpages
not as an author but as a reformist politician. The individual (1st) name
Taiichi is often spelled Taichi. His books are much sharper and deeper in
their analysis than the simple epitheton "reformist" or "critic of
bureaucratic control" would suggest.
