Like most slide shows, they don't
really tell you much. A few of the
examples in there could be argued
against patents rather than for.. and
im sure the "one-click" patent has
been taken totally out of context of 
events surrounding it.

I don't suppose there is a transcript
to go with these slides to help
clear up any ambiguities ?
