But there are many economic threats to software developers and the
software industries. If software patents are not high on the list
of real risks, wouldn't it be better to put your energies to more
important threats? Indeed, on the lists of threats to the economics
of software businesses, how high is the economic problem of software
patents? I have never seen such a list, and would be interested.
