Some International Cooperation . . .

Can some of you on the Free-Sklyarov/UK list, look up on
whatever online resources you use to follow pending
legislation in your country and Europe, the following key
words?

I want to try to track down some legislation that is
approaching passage that covers the following terms.

"moral right" integrity attribution performance phonogram
"digital rights management"

Maybe add parliament, bill (or whatever analogous terms are
appropriate, or just use the obligatory government public
resource websites)

Add the phrase "intellectual property" which is very likely
to be in a law on this subject.

I have heard from an "intellectual property"-slanted list,
that they are passing enabling legislation by the end of
this year, as enabling legislation that lets Europe sign the
WIPO Phonograms and Performances Treaty.  This treaty was
passed this past May 20th on the strength of the signatures
of the US, Japan, and 28 less-dominant nations.  None of the
big European powerhouses signed it.
