The party's IT policy at http://www.makeitpolicy.org.uk, which includes a
paragraph opposing swpat, was ratified by party conference on Sunday 16
March. During the debate I spoke specifically against swpat and another
speaker mentioned the issue in passing, as did the proposer of the
ratifying motion (who was the chair of the policy working group).
