Yes I can confirm their amendments go in the swpat direction,
unfortunately not all of them are clear and some try to do in subtle
ways.

People I've found unclear or pro swpat are (based only on this
document):
Toine Manders (he is clearly pro swpat from amendments)
Bert Doorn (he is clearly pro swpat from amendments)
Piia-Noora Kauppi (unclear)
Willi Rothley (unclear)
Maria Berger (she seem pro sw pat from amendments)
Werner Langen (he is clearly pro swpat from amendments and comments)
Malcom Harbour (he seem pro sw pat from amendments)
Jannely Fourtou (she seem pro sw pat from amendments)
Anne-Marie Schaffner (she seem pro sw pat from amendments)
Ward Beysen (he seem pro sw pat from amendments)
Willy C.E.H. De Clercq (he is clearly pro swpat from amendments and
comments)
Arlene McCarthy (unclear)
