Can anybody tell me about "Community patent". Like I understand, this has 
nothing to do with EC directive about software patents and it is based on the 
EPC?? And the Community patent is being prepared by the Council of the EU? 
What does this Community patent "thing" say about software patents? 

And in overall it is also difficult to understand... EPC (which does not 
allow to patent programs) and this planned directive?? Which one will be more 
important? EPO will follow which one? Courts will follow which?
