DECEPTION, DECEPTION and some more deception

Hello.
I'm really irritated by the things that Arlene McCarthy and other 
cunning pro-patent JURItes do.

As I've pointed it out before -- and what can be read at FFII.org, too -
- , among the tactics of the pro-sw patent people is the 
DECEPTION of the public; that means, the pro-patent folks appear 
as they were anti-patent or 'patent minimalists'.

I wonder -- and still can't find the answer -- WHY McCarthy and her 
gang could manage to deceive JURI so much; how could she (and 
they) deceive so many people in the EU authorities; are the today's 
decidents dumber than those in the year 2000 (who have refused to 
accept the sw pats because they were 'harmful to the EU' (and still 
ARE!!)) ?? 

Why the BSA/CEC proposal has been so eagerly accepted by the 
European Commission, while the previous, very similiar projects 
were rejected?

We MUST do something to open the MEPs' eyes, and the eyes of 
the other people, too; to show them, that they are being deceived; 
that the 'compromise' is NOT a compromise AT ALL (it has been 
created between the pseudo-'extreme' position and the pseudo-
'center' position to deceive the people).

Aren't the politicians who use deception the SWINDLERS? 
Shouldn't they be criminally pursued as the ones? Isn't it just 
another EU-wide swindle as many before (which few years ago 
have lead to the dismantling of EU Commission (or a parliament? 
excuse me my ignorance in that matter;  in these times, I haven't 
been much interested in those affairs). ?? Isn't it a 'top of the 
iceberg' ?? In Poland, we now have a swindle called 'Rywingate', 
where one powerful businessman, Lew Rywin, is being criminally 
accused of a bribery proposal to the famous top journalist, Adam 
Michnik, from -- supposedly -- prime minister Leszek Miller (those 
suppositions are not mine, but of those people who pursue this 
swindle). This affair is being pursued both by public criminal 
attorney and the special Parliamentary (Sejm's) Commission (the 
latter runs a public hearings, similiarly as US Senate Commisions 
are allowed to). 

Let's tell the politicians that we DON'T ACCEPT their CHEATING 
as the technique of passing laws (or directives). Let's examine it 
closer. Maybe the time has come to accuse them, too ?? (I just 
wonder ...) Maybe making a pro-patent activity a 'first page affair' 
would be a good strategy against sw pats??
