As I wrote in my previous post (in French), my English is so bad that
I prefer not to take part in discussion. But, there, I have to answer.

Greg Aharonian wrote
>First, the indicator WO0104742 does NOT refer to an issued patent

Yes, it does: http://www.delphion.com/details?&pn=WO00104742A1 ;
And the typo in WO0104742 is not mine, I just pasted verbatim what OCS
sent me.

>Since they are not asserting an issued patent, they can NOT demand

Not only they could but they did.

>So write them a letter telling them to stick their PCT Application up
>their butts (or whatever the equivalent nasty French insult is).

I fail to see how insulting people could solve a problem.

>So your situation does not reflect a danger of software patents,
>but rather the dangers of the lack of education about patents in general.

Your ability to say anywhat is really amazing. Of course, it does
reflect the danger of software patents. In their post, they didn't
say "contact us to find an agreement". No, they said "you immediately
stop the commercialization". And they did that on the basis of an
EXISTING patent.

>I hope you ignored this idiotic threat letter. And if you receive any
>emails from Nigerians, here is a bit of advice, ignore them as well.

Who do you believe you are?
