I see two practical problems here:
1. That entire section is a direct copy & paste of another document
(http://db.consilium.eu.int/df/docs/en/CharteEN.pdf) and so they would
be unlikely to make any changes to it:

2. Time - the final meetings are tomorrow and friday, so we're leaving
it very late to try to get changes made
Nonetheless I've just written to Andrew Duff MEP on the matter, because I'm
a LibDem and he's the party's MEP in the convention. He represents East
Anglia, so the fairly large number of list contributors from the Cambridge
area (or that's how it seems anyway) might consider contacting him too.
