Le samedi 7 juin 2003, à 16:48, Hartmut Pilch a écrit:

>On tuesday we met Fourtou's assistant.  She asked us not to publicly link
>Fourtou's political stance to the fact that she is the wife of the Vivendi

Just a lie.
Fourtou's husband was before the CEO of Aventis (a biotech/pharma giant),
and he owns himself many patents.

Even if he was still the CEO of Aventis (ex-Rhône Poulenc), his wife
would be also pushing for patent inflation and less examination.

Fourtou's family has not only an interest in pushing for patent
regulation for their career (as the CEO of Vivendi or Aventis) but also a
greedy interest since Mr Fourtou owns himself many pharma patents.

Janelly Fourtou is the rapporteur of a directive which will allow her
husband to sue people with his patents with a much higher probability of
winning thousands of euros.
