A report at

http://www.fortune.com/fortune/technology/articles/0,15114,466180,00.html

says that Microsoft lost badly against Intertrust and advanced only moral
arguments which could delegitimate software patents in general
("unjustified", "overly broad") but nothing specific which shows that
Intertrust's claims are not valid according to the formalistic rules which
Microsoft has been pushing ever since the USPTO hearing of 1994, where
Microsoft was the only large software company which supported these rules.
