Patents meeting in Cambridge today

["Jeff Veit - Tanasity" <patents@tanasity.com>]

If you are near to Cambridge, then join us at this second meeting on
software patents this evening (27th August).

We have several speakers examining the issues:

- Robert Bray - the EU official responsible for drafting the directive will
discuss the directive and the process of legislation through Parliament.

- Peter Dawe - serial entrepreneur and angel investor will take the side of
the anti software patent camp.

- I will examine the case for patents.

We will be seated around tables, and there will be ample opportunity to
discuss your viewpoint with others. Doors open at 7.30pm. Register now with
an email to patents@tanasity.com for the information about the venue. Your
email details won't ever be shared with anyone else without your permission
and will be used solely for the purpose of this meeting.

If you aren't interested or are interested but are unable to attend but a
colleague or friend might be interested please let them know.

Best wishes,

Jeff Veit
