OECD Survey: Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), Innovation and Economic

Changes in IPR, along with developments in industrial innovation and the
economy at large, have altered the relationships among IPR, innovation and
economic performance. A new OECD study will investigate these changes
and provide empirical information to guide ongoing policy debates about IPR.
