With a slight difference: Democracy includes the germs of totalitarism,=20
because it allows everyone to speak, which can result in extremists making=
=20
laws.

Take the examples of nazification after 1933 or of the abolision of the=20
Republic in France in 1940. These laws were perfectly legal before 1945. Wh=
o=20
would think it was possible at the time to fight these laws in court?

As a result, we must always make a difference between "totalitarism" laws a=
nd=20
"liberty" laws. Patents laws on software are "on the totalitarism side", as=
=20
they could derive pretty quickly into fascism.

That makes a difference, don't you think?
:)

Think law: think Simple: think Democracy: think Civil Law: think Social=20
Consensus: think Common Wealth.

Don't think: written laws always apply, large companies rule the world, Civ=
il=20
Law is under commercial law, we must discuss every single word of a law,=20
etc...

Without democrats, we cannot build a democracy.
As John-Paul II said "Be courageous".=20

Best regards,
Jean-Michel Pour=E9
