Your complaints about improper lobbying on software patents

Dear Mrs. Plooij-Van Gorsel,

In your speech one day before the vote you said that you had "never been
lobbied in such an aggressive and improper way".

In the context, this will be understood by most people as an accusation
against the FFII.  And I must assume that you are referring to the
delegation which visited you last november, since we haven't had any
other contacts with you, except for occasional friendly responses to
questions that came from your office.

Who lobbied you improperly ?

In what way ?

The mailing list patents at aful org (here in CC) would be a good forum for
clarifying the facts.  Of course informing Time Magazine, where the slander
has already been carried, would also be a very nice gesture.
