What seems to be interesting when studying all recent patent reports, is
that all patent burden seems to have been grown little bit too much too
fullfill the more recents market needs of fast global exchange, adjustment
and communication. As the result, patent crimes and penalties emerged,
hampering the grow and causing too much of Patent Pain.

If the legal status of patents would be lowered, so, as all patents
documentations are very good resources of systematic described know-how,
they could be available only for money but not have so high legal status as
before!
