The second part of the meaning completly contradicts the first part of the
meaning and the spirit of the amendmnds themselves:
 1. We urge the members of the EU Council of Ministers to
      unambiguously support the spirit of the directive draft as amended by
the European Parliament,
***i.e. to make sure that any patents on computing and business logic in
whatever verbal clothing, granted in the past or in the future, will not be
upheld in court.***

This simply mean 100% support for patenting of software and these crazy
business methods!!! What is going on realy? It depreciates the whole our
concept and logics! Who has proposed this meaning? The personal explanation
wanted!
