The second part of the meaning completly contradicts the first part of the
meaning and the spirit of the amendmnds themselves:
 1. We urge the members of the EU Council of Ministers to
      unambiguously support the spirit of the directive draft as amended by
the European Parliament,
***i.e. to make sure that any patents on computing and business logic in
whatever verbal clothing, granted in the past or in the future, will not be
upheld in court.***


This meaning is against the spirit of the directive draft, passed by the
European Parlament. This meaning simply means 100% support for patenting of
software and these crazy business methods!!! What is going on realy? It
depreciates the whole our concept and logics! Who has proposed this meaning?
