Not necessarily, imho. It looks to me that liikanen is talking about
policies to support and finance innovative biz models, like the VC did
in the early 90s for internet enterprise. It seems to me infact that
access to credit for innovative business is crucial to compete on the
market and innovate. Are banks and VC stopping innovation?
