Can a Washing Machine be a "Computer-Implemented Invention"?
Only Programs are Computer-Implemented.
According to Art 52 EPC, programs for computers are not inventions in the sense of patent law.

Only Programs are Computer-Implemented is not right, you don't implement a program.

You can only implement something in a computer by means of a program is what is tried to say here, wiping out all possible discussions about the statement on the second line.
