As others have said, the amounts for the subsequent payments are not
constant, so the result of the sum is wrong, but the reasoning behind
the calculation isn't. THe commission appears to have assumed a constant
rate of 910 USD for each of the payments, whereas this is not in fact
the case. In addition, the fees differ if the patentee is considered to
be a small or large entity. Small entities benefit from a reduction in
fees generally, including maintenance or annuity fees.
