I never read in the French Code Civil that a lawyer was NEEDED to go to cou=
rt.

The legislator explanation is: if individuals are supposed to know the laws=
,=20
individuals shall be able to defend themselves in court.

In the same idea, individuals do not have to carry an ID card when walking =
in=20
the streets. A policeman can ASK you to bring your ID later on to proove yo=
ur=20
identity, but you are not REQUIRED to carry an ID.

Our society is not a prison. We are already free. Our rights are garanteed =
by=20
the respective constitutions of the European democracies. IMHO, I would be =
in=20
favor of standing naked (=3Dwithout lawyers) in court.

On the long-run, non-violence is preferable, as we need to preserve the=20
capital of sympathy for free-software.

Best regards,
Jean-Michel
