Hello,

I just saw today that 300939 people signed the Eurolinux petition.

What if people sent a postcard (Name, Occupation, Country and
Message [*]) to the European Council?
Maybe I am wrong but I think that a postcard could weigh more than
an electronic signature. In order to do so, one has to buy a card and
a stamp, to write the card and to send it. It requires more motivation
that simply clicking on a Web page button. And it might well be
perceived this way by the Council members.

[*] Simply "No software patents" or, more elaborated, "Eolas/Microsoft
case = $500,000,000. Protect the Europ against software patents".
