How much is a postcard and a stamp in the EU?
5,000 postcards at .20 currency units would cost 1,000.00.
There could be a checkbox saying, "send a card on my behalf." We
could farm the task out to people in respective countries who would
volunteer to transcribe (by hand) a little note, perhaps buy various
cards from appropriate locales in the appropriate countries, and send
them off to appropriate public servants.
