I respect your way of doing things far more than it seems from the mail I
sent to this list.

The problem is that i have recently, more on the german list swpat at ffii
org than here, been observing a pattern of a few people "making wind",
which may have prompted me to react against this allergically, like
against the "unsubscribe" stampedes.

The wind does remind us of the fact that we are not making enough of it in
public.  We are not sufficiently mobilising our supporter base.  If we
did, the wind would perhaps not come up.  But we are in fact getting
going.  E.g. a mass mailing for the Berlin Parliamentary Evening is going
out these days with checkboxes for a response which we can handle
adequately, thanks to a script that evaluates the returning mails.

Also, the activist kits at

        http://plone.ffii.org/prmat/

are being given high priority.
