What provisions and training would be enought in order to ensure
true innovation? How many businesses are monthly invented and
deployed in the world? Is prior art coming from a small market
worth being considered? Who can do that?
This (urgent!) request is the proof of the bug.
Patenting business methods is a practice of human resource
massive consumption. When resources will be exhausted we'll
have no memory slots to add.
