Subject: criteria for the evaluation of a patent policy
As part of a project for the New Energy and Industrial Development
Organization (NEDO) of Japan GTW has prepared a document DRAFT
Criteria (in development) for the Evaluation of a patent policy for a
Standards Development Organization at
http://www.gtwassociates.com/answers/draftIPRcriteria.htm I would
like to "expose' this draft paper to as many as possible reviewers for
comments and improvement. List memberswww-patentpolicy-
comment@w3.org are the sort of IPR/Antitrust/standards experts who
might find the strategic work of METI in the area of global IPR policy
evolution to be interesting and who may also contribute some comments
on the paper.
