Hi Everyone,

 

Thanks to you all for explaining the concept of "forces of nature" to me.

I wanted to make public the fact that I was wrong in my earlier assertion that it was obsolete.

 

The problem with the existing doctrine was not that it was incorrect or obsolete, rather that it was difficult to understand from a non-legalistic or "technical" perspective.

 

To this end I have written a "Dream Directive" that takes account of the points made by everyone in the debate. I hope that you can support it as it's the best I could come up with...
