Which is what copyright is about...

Wrong. You say that because you have absolutely no idea how hard it is
to create from scratch a program that does the same, or looks the same
way another does.
You have absolutely no ideia what's to program.
If what you said was true, then why are competition word processors so
impotent to deal properly with Microsoft's formats?
This is simply one form of proving you wrong, there are countless others
and I have things more important to do than exhaust them by writing them
to someone who is more blind than a real blind person due to his
unwillingness to understand (to put it in the best perspective
possible).

Wrong. You can tell that to people like the netfilter guys, who have
successfully used Copyright law to enforce the GPL with a few companies
already, not only forcing them to respect the GPL but also to donate
money to the FSF.

Of course not. Patents on software restrict human thought.

This is so twisted you are either dumb or trying to fool me.
I am not a fool mister. Software patents are wrong. They have no economy
justification, there is math proof that they are absurd and really hurt
innovation.
Plus, the "starving genious" mith never convinced me, and never will it
convince anyone who isn't braindead.
1 patent vs thousands who wins?
Go away, please.
